做法:
1. | 將菠菜放進棉袋,在水槽裡擠乾水份後,分裝在6個小烤盤上。 |
2. | 烤箱預熱到500°F(260°C)。 |
3. | 準備奶油糊 。 |
4. | 準備好奶油糊後加入蝦,蟹肉和干貝拌勻。 |
5. | 放置1/6的海鮮料在每份菠菜上,最後每盤各撒上1/2大匙帕梅善起司粉。 |
6. | 將烤盤放進烤箱烤到海鮮熟透及頂部呈金黃色,大約15分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place the thawed spinach in a cotton sachet and squeeze it dry over a sink. Divide the spinach equally onto 6 individual ovenproof dish |
2. | Preheat the oven to 500°F(260°C)。 |
3. | Prepare the Cream sauce . |
4. | Add the shrimps, crab meat and scallops to the cream sauce and mix. |
5. | Place 1/6 of the seafood mixture to each dish then sprinkle each one with 1/2 tbs. of parmesan cheese. |
6. | Bake in the oven until the seafood are cooked through and the top is golden brown, approx. 15 minute. |
